As Commercial Assistant you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our parts division in terms of amongst others
– processing of incoming requests for quotation and orders,
– engaging with suppliers for quotations,
– placing orders with suppliers and follow-up to ensure timely delivery,
– organise incoming local and international shipments,
– responsible for warranty handling process,
– assist the Sales Director with preparation of tenders.

You should as much as possible match the following profile:
– age between 25 and 30 years,
– good social and communication skills,
– analytical, checklist type person,
– strong in follow-up and finishing,
– presentable, accurate,
– technical background in heavy equipment,
– minimum of 2 years sales experience in a technical environment,
– team player.
